Cookies is a text-based data file that a web server requests to save on the user’s computer. It gives the web server text information about how the user is browsing. The information stored by the cookie is always anonymous and lacks personal information.

There are three types of cookies: permanent cookies, temporary cookies and third party cookies. Permanent cookies are stored on your computer or on your mobile for a long period of time. They have a preset date and are deleted when the date is valid. Third party cookies come, just as the name suggests, from a website other than the one who placed the cookie in the user’s computer. This type of cookie aims to collect statistics about visitors’ activity online.
